Known Issue - Call Center Notes
We are aware that call center notes appear to be missing after the E+ 2.9 release last night. We have validated that the data has certainly not been deleted. We have identified the cause of this issue and have a team working on an immediate fix. In the meantime, you may continue your normal process but please be aware that any new information added will overwrite previously collected information. If no new information is collected, do not touch the field and the previously collected information will be saved. Thank you for your patience.
